Engage in 6 sessions of 45-minute calls focusing on reducing anxiety, managing stress, and enhancing confidence. These sessions may include talk therapy, EFT, and/or Breathwork.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. Tapping helps you create balance in your energy and is used often in anxiety treatment by focusing on the meridian points — or energy hot spots — to restore balance to your body’s energy by stimulating the meridian points. You’ll receive 6 pre-recorded sessions (3-15 minutes long) tailored to your needs delivered directly to your inbox for on-demand use.
